Delivery Policy

We offer FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY to the majority of mainland UK addresses, on many of our items including Ice Machines, Glasswashers and Dishwashers.

  • Orders placed before 2.30pm are processed the same day for next day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 2.30pm are processed the next working day.
  • All in stock items are dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Delivery only items will be dispatched with a UK carrier for next day delivery, delivered between 8am - 6pm.
  • Postal items will be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail.

Carriage charges may differ depending on the items included in your order, your carriage charge will show in the basket for review before you check out.

PLEASE NOTE: Certain areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and parts of the Scottish Highlands/Islands are Ineligible for free delivery.

Damage and loss must be reported in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy as detailed below.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

To notify Barcare Supreme Limited of discrepancies with an order please contact the Sales Team with full details of the order, within three (3) working days of delivery for goods which are damaged or faulty (and/or goods that have not been received, in whole or in part).

We will not accept the return of goods without prior authorisation or where the returned goods are unfit for re-sale, unless the goods have been reported damaged or faulty in accordance with the above. Whilst we endeavor to accommodate the return of such goods, in certain circumstances this may not be possible.
