Delivery Policy

We offer FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY to the majority of mainland UK addresses, on many of our items including Ice Machines, Glasswashers and Dishwashers.

Carriage charges may differ depending on the items included in your order. Your carriage charge will show in the basket for review before you check out.

We will only accept the return of goods in the circumstances and if you follow the process set out in clause 7; “Our Warranty for the Goods”.

If goods you purchase do not conform with their description, have material defects or are not of satisfactory quality:

  1.  you must give us notice in writing within a reasonable time after discovery of the potential defect and a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods and, if we request you to do so, return the goods to us at your own cost; and
  2. we will, at our option, repair or replace any defective goods, or refund you in full.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will not be entitled to return goods to us for repair, replacement or refund if, for example, you continue to use the goods after you have notified us of a defect, or if you attempt to repair the goods yourself, in other circumstances set out in clause 7, or if you simply change your mind.

Certain areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and parts of the Scottish Highlands/Islands are Ineligible for free delivery.

Damage and loss must be reported in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy as detailed below.

Returns & Refunds Policy

To notify Barcare Supreme of discrepancies with an order please contact the Sales Team with full details of the order, within three (3) working days of delivery for goods which are damaged or faulty (and/or goods that have not been received, in whole or in part).

We will not accept the return of goods without prior authorisation or where the returned goods are unfit for re-sale, unless the goods have been reported damaged or faulty in accordance with the above. Whilst we endeavor to accommodate the return of such goods, in certain circumstances this may not be possible.
