Made from easy-clean stainless steel, the hot cupboard provides storage for up to 360 plates or 72 covers – ideal for schools, care homes and canteens. This unit can be used to create a counter between front of house and back kitchens. With sliding doors to both sides, meals can be taken from either side of the unit.
