High performance insulation maintains temperature inside the unit, whilst ultra-low “U” value glass and trace-heated doors protect from external heat. Its electronic temperature controller, supported by an auto defrost function, provides precise monitoring, ensuring drinks are kept at perfect serving temperature. In addition, an energy-efficient forced air cooling system delivers rapid temperature pull down, to keep pace with demand in the busiest of bars. The M90 High Ambient has sturdy, adjustable wire shelves for easy storage of up to 207 (330ml) bottles. The polished stainless steel interior enhances display, whilst the stainless steel exterior cabinet blends perfectly into any bar setting. Magnetic gaskets, which are easy to remove and replace, facilitate cleaning.
