The EC3SALAD-LE by Prodis, a 3 door compact salad prep counter with stainless steel work top and 4 x 1/1GN refrigerated topping well. The EC series are ideal where space is limited and are available with a range of tops to suit any application from flat top for use as a work surface to prep tops with built in pan rails for salad, sandwich and pizza prep. All EC series counters benefit from a digital temperature controller and 1/1GN compatible shelving for flexibility.
