Rental terms at a glance

Minimum term

6 months, on every piece of equipment we rent.

After the minimum term

The agreement rolls on month to month. You are not tied into a second
fixed term, and you can end it at any point with one month’s notice.

Included in the price

The machine, delivery, professional installation by our own engineers, staff training,
and a continual parts and labour warranty. Breakdown callouts cost nothing for the whole
term — no excess, and no cap on the number of visits.

Not included

Detergent, rinse aid and water-softener salt. Chemicals are consumables, so you budget
for those separately.

Payments

A fixed monthly amount, quoted excluding VAT. Rental is an operating expense, so
payments are normally 100% tax deductible against your profits in the year you pay them.
Confirm your own position with your accountant.

Is there a minimum rental term?

Yes — 6 months, and it is the same on every machine we rent, from a
£25-a-month bottle cooler to a £240-a-month pass-through dishwasher. You get one
fixed monthly payment covering the machine, its installation and every repair for the full
term.

What happens at the end of the 6 months?

It rolls on month to month. There is no second fixed term to sign and nothing renews
automatically for another six — once the minimum term is served you carry on paying
monthly for as long as you want the machine, and you end the agreement whenever it suits you
by giving one month’s notice.

What happens if the machine breaks down?

You call us and one of our engineers attends. There is no callout charge, no excess and no
limit on visits — parts and labour are included for as long as you rent the machine.
That cover is the reason a rental costs more per year than owning outright: the repair risk
sits with us, not you.
