Ideal for use in any professional kitchen, this heavy duty blast chillers has a 28kg freeze cycle and a 40kg chill cycle. With castors fitted as standard and a self-closing door this great appliance from Blizzard holds 10 x GN1/1 containers. For optimal results, it’s recommended to use 25mm deep gastronorm containers (not supplied).
